Supporting our Community in Harrow
Thank you so much for donating!
By giving your pre-loved items a new lease on life, you're ensuring they go to someone who needs them here in Harrow.
How to Donate
Clothes & Goods
We rely on generous donations to keep our shelves full of great quality pre-loved items.
To help us make the most of every donation, we ask people to give little and often rather than saving everything for one big clear-out.
This helps our small team process donations quickly so your items can find new homes sooner.
The best time to bring your donation is between 9.30 am and 11.30 am. If you have any questions before you visit, give us a call on 020 3441 6944.
Donation Guidelines:
-
We usually accept up to three reasonably sized bags/boxes per visit.
If you have a larger donation, simply give us a call and we'll advise the best way to bring it in.
-
We love receiving donations that someone else will enjoy straight away.
Please make sure clothing is clean and items are in good working order where possible.
If you know something is damaged or stained, please dispose of it at home, as we can only take goods that we will be able to resell.

In Harrow, For Harrow
Found is completely independent, meaning every penny of profit stays right here in Harrow.
Your donations support local food banks, homelessness initiatives, community projects, volunteer development, and practical help for people facing difficult circumstances.
Even items we can't sell are passed on to local organisations, including baby banks and women's refuges, helping reduce waste while supporting even more people.
Volunteer With Us
Many of our volunteers join us to meet people, gain experience, build confidence or simply give back to their community.
Whether you're looking for work experience, seeking community, or simply have a few hours to spare each week, we'd love to hear from you.
Our volunteers become part of a welcoming community where people are encouraged, supported and valued. Many have gone on to employment, education and new opportunities after volunteering with us.
-
We'd love to hear from you. Visit us in store or email us to request a volunteer application form.
Once you've completed it, simply return it to us in person and we'll guide you through the next steps.
If we feel we're a good fit for each other, we'll arrange a taster session so you can get a feel for volunteering with us.
